We had to completely replace the furnace/remove asbestos wrapping in early December. We were without heat for 3 days in 17 degrees and it was very pricy. Our furnace was original to the house (85 years!) so sad it had to be replaced on our watch. But the new one is very efficient/effective thank goodness. But being without heat is never a good thing in the winter. I can't imagine how 25 below feels and NEVER want to try! Hopefully you're warm and toasty tonight!
