Glad to hear the dental visit went well. And, while a crown might not be fun, hey, at least they can take care of the problem. (sorry if I sound too pollyanna-ish there).
We just had a dentist appointment here too. Though it is my oldest who has the dental/mouth issues. Zelda actually climbed right up into the dentist chair and opened her mouth wide. Of course, she is also the child who brushes her teeth 5-6 times a day. No joke. She is a little OCD about her teeth. Camille - who we affectionately refer to as "Brown Fang" for how much she hates brushing her teeth and what her teeth often look like when she avoids brushing - has perfect teeth with no sign of a cavity. Zelda on the other hand, has two soft spots they are concerned about and we are now supposed to have her do a flouride rinse every night. Without swallowing the fluid. Yeah - that has been fun trying to implement. And we have the same crowded teeth, small jaw issue with her. Braces are definitely in her future.
oy, will the issues never end? When did I choose to take all this on??? What was I thinking? ;)
